A Queens man is facing multiple charges for driving drunk with a child inside his car in Pleasant Valley, according to state police.
Authorities say Donny Peralta Parra, of Queens, was stopped Tuesday on the Taconic State Parkway.
The 32-year-old failed sobriety tests and refused to provide a breath sample.
Police say the 6-year-old was released to a sober party.
Peralta Parra was issued an appearance ticket to the Town of Pleasant Valley Court for July 29.
