Armonk middle schooler creates 'matzah pizza' for Passover

A middle school student from Armonk found a way to keep pizza on the menu during Passover.
During the holiday, any type of leavened bread or bread product is prohibited from eating.
Hudson Greenstein created a special "matzah pizza" three years ago.
The special "pizza" can be found at Frankies Pizzeria in Merrick, Long Island and Nicks Pizza in Armonk.
The 11-year-old also added a fresh take on zeppole pastries called "matzolis."
Greenstein says a portion of his sales go to charity.
