Westchester County Executive Kenneth Jenkins has named Richard Wishnie as deputy county executive.

Wishnie's experience in public service is extensive, having served as acting county executive for four days this month.

He has also held the position of emergency services commissioner and spent 12 years on the Board of Legislators.
