The NYPD is investigating the disappearance of 16-year-old Juliette Kapon. She has been missing since Nov. 19.

Authorities received a tip that someone matching Kapon's description was seen on the South County Trail in Westchester County on Friday afternoon.

Kapon was last seen leaving her high school in Manhattan last month.
