A Millbrook man has been charged with second-degree murder in the 2021 death of his 17-year-old sister.

Prosecutors say Mark Dedaj, 32, intentionally smothered Maureen Nelson-Lanzo to death at their home.

Dedaj was arraigned and is being held without bail.

He is scheduled to return to court next month.
