A Riverhead man was sentenced to 25 years in prison for dealing fentanyl-laced cocaine that prosecutors say led to four overdoses on the East End.

Marquis Douglas, 39, pleaded guilty to drug-related charges in November.

Prosecutors say Douglas sold the drugs that killed four people in one day across Shelter Island and Greenport in 2021.
