The Putnam County SPCA is appealing to the public for help in identifying the individuals responsible for abandoning three Collie mix dogs.

The dogs were discovered Saturday morning near Sunken Mine Road in Putnam Valley.

All three dogs, estimated to be around 18 months old, are females.

The SPCA urges anyone with information to contact them immediately at (845) 520-6915.
