A kidney is needed for a Westchester County toddler.

Hadley is 20 months old. She has spent half her life in the hospital. She has been waiting for a kidney transplant for weeks.

Hadley was diagnosed with kidney failure in August 2023.

She is on hemodialysis and will be until she gets a kidney.

Her family has registered her with the National Kidney Registry.

So far, any prospects of a donor have not completely matched.

Her mom tells News 12 once she gets the kidney, she will be able to return home and live a more normal life.
