Wake services held in Westchester County for police officer who died in off-duty accident
Investigators say Alfred Robert Mosiello Jr. was using a back hoe at his Putnam Valley home when he suddenly lost control and was thrown off back on May 2.

Wake services took place for a Westchester County police officer who was killed in an off-duty accident at his home earlier this month.
Investigators say Alfred Robert Mosiello Jr. was using a back hoe at his Putnam Valley home when he suddenly lost control and was thrown off back on May 2.
He's being remembered as a dedicated officer with the Westchester County Police Department.
Loved ones told News 12 that outside of work, Mosiello loved hunting, throwing pool parties and spending time with his family.
Visitations took place at the Yorktown Funeral Home until 9 p.m. Mosiello's funeral is scheduled for Friday 11 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church.
Mosiello was just 42 years old.
