Lawsuit filed against Ridge Baseball Club for quality-of-life complaints dropped

A lawsuit filed against the Ridge Baseball Club and Bernards Township has struck out.

It comes as local homeowners filed a notice of dismissal with the Somerset County Superior Court.

The president of the youth baseball team says he's thrilled the suit is being dropped and thanked the community for supporting the club.
