Montefiore Nyack aims to kickstart the New Year on a healthy note with their upcoming free diabetes prevention program for residents throughout the Hudson Valley.

Partnering with the National Diabetes Prevention Program, this initiative focuses on reducing the risk of type two diabetes.

Starting next month, participants will engage with trained health coaches, learning strategies for healthier eating habits, increased physical activity, stress management, problem-solving, and receive community support.
