A 38-year-old resident of Poughkeepsie is facing charges for allegedly selling fentanyl within 200 feet of Poughkeepsie High School.

Dutchess County Drug Task Force agents executed a raid on Maurice Bogle's residence early Wednesday morning.

He is now charged with both possessing and selling a controlled substance.
