A woman from upstate New York is facing charges for driving while drunk in Ulster County.

Officers arrested 42-year-old Angela Rae Midgley Sunday morning after she was pulled over and found with an open container of alcohol in the car.

Police say they were called to the scene on a complaint for an erratic vehicle on Route 212.

After stopping Midgley and taking her into custody, police determined her blood alcohol level was a 0.29%
