A Newburgh man was arrested twice in less than three hours for driving while intoxicated.
State police say Tito Vinza-Vinza was spotted on Monday drifting in the opposite lane around 4 a.m. on East Broadway in Newburgh.
They say he was spotted driving drunk again around 7 a.m. on First Street.
He was charged with DWI and released on an appearance ticket.
He's due back in court next month.
