Orange County teen faces multiple drug, weapon charges
<p>A teenager in Orange County is police custody, facing multiple drug and weapon charges. Syed Abdul-Khabir, 17, was picked up Tuesday morning at a home on Parmenter Street in Newburgh by members of a newly-formed "Non-fatal Shooting Task Force." A felony warrant was issued back in November for the teen's arrest who, according to authorities, had previously been found with drugs.
