The 2015 FunFest was held in Yonkers Sunday.
The event was organized by the Richmond Community Services, which supports those with significant physical and intellectual disabilities.
The event featured musical instruments designed for the disabled, splashing paint, pony rides and caricature artists.
"What Richmond does in a very effective way is not focus on people's disabilities, but promote their abilities, and that's what FunFest is all about," said Nick Spano, board chairman of Richmond Community Services.
The annual event also served as an fundraiser for the organization.
