Crews begin to move 'I Lift New York' super crane underneath current Tappan Zee Bridge

Crews are beginning to move the "I Lift New York" super crane underneath the current Tappan Zee Bridge. It will then be set up on the other side, where it will begin work on the new Tappan Zee Bridge.
