Two men were rescued from an overturned boat Friday on the Long Island Sound in Port Chester.
John Bagliari, the manager of the Fox Island Marina, says he got a distress call from another boater who saw the boat taking on water as it was returning. The boat was near the shore, but eventually overturned.
The boater who first noticed them, Evans Poniros, jumped in and helped rescue the two men. Both are expected to be OK.
The Coast Guard is investigating the incident.
