Middletown man arrested for double murder
13h agoTwo men have been indicted on attempted murder charges after a violent home invasion and pursuit in Rockland County back in September.
Police say the incident started when the suspects broke into an apartment with children inside in West Haverstraw.
They say a relative who came to check on the kids was pistol whipped and shot at as the assailants tried to escape.
The suspects led police on a chase but were caught shortly after they crashed into a shed behind a home in Stony Point.
They were indicted on several charges including kidnapping, burglary and robbery.
