Police have caught the man and woman they say were behind a brazen bank robbery in Eastchester.
Erin Dzikas, of the Bronx, and Emilio Alvarado, of Florida, have been charged with third-degree robbery.
Police say the two held up the Country Bank located at 80 Garth Road on Thursday afternoon. Surveillance video shows a woman who investigators say passed the teller a note indicating she had a gun and demanded money.
She allegedly took off with $1,100, but police caught her and the other suspect within 48 hours. They are being held at the Westchester County Jail on $300,000 bail and are due in court on Wednesday.
Investigators say it appears the pair may have also been involved in robberies at two other Country Bank locations in the Bronx earlier in the week.
