Police received multiple calls about a large fight Monday night in the area of Fox Terrace and May Street.
Upon arrival, officers found the teenager with stab wounds to her neck, arms, and torso.
She was hospitalized and is expected to survive.
Authorities determined the girl was stabbed by another teen, who fled the scene before police arrived.
The investigation is ongoing.
