108-year-old lifelong Giants fan gets surprise visit from Super Bowl champ

Anne Zando turned 108 years old in July and shared some of her birthday with News 12’s Brian Donohue.
Anne is a resident at Somerset Woods Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Somerset. She celebrated her birthday with her three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren where she proclaimed her love of walking, singing, and the New York Giants.
When Lana Whitehead saw this story on News 12, she knew she had to reach out to someone she knew with the professional football team.
Word of Anne’s love for the team made it to former Giants wide receiver, Stephen Baker “The Touchdown Maker.” Baker couldn’t wait to meet the 108-year-old after he heard the story from Junel Harrell Hutchinson, pictured in the Cowboys jersey.

Anne told Baker that she and her son would watch games together until her son passed away a few months ago... and that Baker was her son's favorite player!
Anne told them to, “Take each day as it comes, live for the moment.”
