Yorktown parade held to honor veterans
A crowd filled with gratitude Sunday in Shrub Oak to honor veterans. For the 14th year, veterans marched in the Yorktown Veterans Day Parade. They were also recognized in a touching ceremony.

A crowd filled with gratitude Sunday in Shrub Oak to honor veterans.
For the 14th year, veterans marched in the Yorktown Veterans Day Parade.
They were also recognized in a touching ceremony.
The guest of honor was Vietnam veteran William Rod, who never had a hero's welcome home.
"We had it really tough when we got back, and finally now are starting to get recognition," he said.
