Yonkers to enforce alternate side of street parking rules this week for cleaning
Once the cleaning is complete, alternate side of street parking rules will then be suspended for two weeks from May 25 to June 7.

The city of Yonkers is taking action to keep streets clean.
A significant amount of litter is still in the streets since the beginning of the pandemic.
Starting today through Sunday, a citywide cleaning will take effect with street parking rules resuming.
Once the cleaning is complete, alternate side of street parking rules will then be suspended for two weeks from May 25 to June 7.
Current on-street meter regulations will remain shortened from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the state's PAUSE order.
