Yonkers teacher's sex-abuse trial goes to jury
Closing arguments were delivered today in the sex-abuse trial of a Yonkers high school teacher.
Prosecutors argue Dean Martin enticed three teenage boys by allowing them to cut class and later sexually abused them.
Defense attorneys have accused the teens of lying about the sex-abuse claims.
Martin is also accused of changing attendance records and grades on Regents exams at Saunders High School.
He faces up to seven years in prison.
