10h agoOne person suffered minor injuries after a car struck a utility pole Friday night on Mile Square Road in Yonkers.
Yonkers police say they received a call reporting the incident at around 10:30 p.m.
The driver was able to exit the car before first responders arrived, according to authorities.
Parts of Miles Square Road and Cook Avenue were closed as utility companies remove and repair the pole.
Authorities say the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
