Some Yonkers residents say problems connected to this week's snowstorm are far from over.
An icy, slushy mess can be seen on the residential street of Sedgwick Avenue.
One neighbor from the area sent News 12 a video from his cellphone that appeared to show a city snowplow driving down the street, and not removing the accumulated snow.
Resident Alex Montalbo says it’s been an uphill battle to get the city to help.
"They never came to clean it. The following day, which is Friday, we keep on calling," he says. "We don't need them to clean it four times, only one time, because no one can go out.”
News 12 reached out to Yonkers for a response to residents’ complaints regarding to snow removal, but hasn’t heard back.
