Yonkers man sentenced for sexual assaults
A Yonkers man is heading to prison for sexually assaulting two women on the same night.
Frank Polanco-Batista was sentenced to up to 17 years behind bars.
He was found guilty of trying to rape a woman in a bathroom stall at the Roosevelt Ballroom last summer. He was scared away during that incident.
Authorities say later that night, he attacked a woman in the White Castle parking lot on South Broadway in Yonkers.
