Yonkers boss accused of groping, spanking employees faces lawsuit
A lawsuit has been filed against a Yonkers woman dubbed the ?lipstick bandit? by employees she allegedly harassed while working as their supervisor.
The suit claims Serena Reeves-Cain sexually harassed three female employees at the New York City Human Resources Administration office in 2005 and 2006. The lawsuit says the harassment included groping, fondling, tackling, kissing and spanking. The women, who still work at the Bronx office, filed discrimination complaints with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in September. They were issued a right to sue as individuals in January.
A spokesperson for The New York City Department of Labor and Employment division says they just received the papers in the lawsuit and they will conduct a full investigation.
