Yoga studios reopened on Monday after being closed for more than five months.
Sweat Central Yoga and HIIT Studio in Scarsdale survived by offering online classes.
The yoga rooms are now socially distanced with people 8 feet apart.
Masks are required when taking classes, and yoga classes are now pretaped audio only.
Other changes include virus-killing ultraviolet lights that have been installed in the heating system.
The temperature in the yoga room, normally 105 degrees, is reduced to 95 degrees.
Normally, the bigger room at Sweat Central can accommodate up to 40 yogis, but now only 12 people will be allowed in each class.
In the smaller room, where people can take HIIT classes, via video only, seven people will be allowed.
Clients have to register online before going to the studio, and classes that are normally 90 minutes have been reduced to 45 and 60 minutes.
