Word on the Street: New Grand Concourse
The Grand Concourse used to be a majestic five-mile stretch before crime took it over the 70s and 80s.
Today, it's working its way back from low times as one of the borough's most historic roadways.
News 12 The Bronx took to the streets to find out what people want to see as the Concourse makes a rebound.
Some residents say the Concourse is a wonderful place with great history, and is making a comeback akin to the Renaissance.
One resident says they'd like to see a nearby park renovated, and homes should be found for the cats living there.
