An argument nearly turned deadly when a man allegedly threw his girlfriend out of a moving vehicle in Yonkers Monday.According to police, 35-year-old Juan Gallardo, of Hartsdale, threw his girlfriend out of a moving minivan on the southbound side of Central Park Avenue at Midland Avenue. Police won't say how fast the car was going, but they did say the woman?s two young daughters were in the car at the time.Police say Gallardo punched his girlfriend before pushing her out of the car. The 36-year-old Bronx woman was taken to Westchester Medical Center with serious head injuries. Gallardo has been charged with assault, DWI and unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held without bail.
