A fire in a high-rise apartment building in Riverdale Saturday has left a woman in critical condition.
The fire started on the ninth floor of 5500 Fieldston Road.
The woman's identity has not been released, but a witness tells News 12 that she is in her 90s.
Authorities say the victim was transported to North Central Bronx Hospital. Another patient is in stable condition, along with a responding firefighter.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
