Woman found guilty in fatal White Plains hit-and-run
A Rockland woman was found guilty today of a deadly hit-and-run rampage three years ago in White Plains.
Sheldene Campbell was convicted of second-degree murder and assault in the death of a 65-year-old Marie Biucci. She also injured another woman, Roseanne Schiavone, who was walking her dog nearby.
Defense attorneys had argued that Campbell was mentally ill, but jurors were not swayed. Bail raised in White Plains hit-and-run case
