The Yonkers school district says police responded to the Yonkers Montessori Academy last month on a report of an alleged assault involving two students and an adult.
Police arrested Nancy Rosa, who they say is not an employee of the Yonkers School District.
The attorney for the mother of one of the students involved said they filed a claim against the school district.
