A driver plowed through the garage of an apartment building and across two lanes of traffic Monday and briefly closed Circuit Avenue in Tuckahoe, witnesses say.
The car continued down the entrance of 50 Circuit Ave. before hitting a parked car on the street and then a tree.
Officials on the scene believe the driver hit the gas instead of the brakes.
One person suffered a minor injury.
