Wings Academy hoops star Andre Tarver has been released from his National Letter of Intent to play at Manhattan College. Tarver originally signed with former Manhattan Coach Bobby Gonzalez in 2005. But with Gonzalez?s departure for Seton Hall, Tarver no longer wanted to play for the Bronx school. Tarver averaged 15.1 points and 5.3 rebounds per game leading his team to a 23-6 record and the Bronx Borough Championship last year.
