The White Plains Common Council has passed a law that will allow the city to seize cars from owners who have been convicted of competing in drag races.
Kevin Falcone, who has lived on a side street just off of Central Avenue for 35 years, says he's tired of the noise and danger drag racing causes.
Officials say it has been going on for decades.
They say they hope other cities and towns in the region will adopt similar legislation.
