She turned six on Tuesday and enjoyed a cake made out of frozen fruits and whipped yogurt icing.
Fiona gained international attention in 2017 after she was born prematurely.
She weighed just a record 29 pounds at birth. That's really low considering that hippos typically weigh about 100 pounds when they are born.
Against all odds, Fiona thrived and is with us to celebrate her sixth birthday.
Fiona fans can enter the ultimate hippo getaway on the Cincinnati Zoo's website through the end of the month -- for the chance to meet Fiona and her family.
