A two-day virtual event with plenty of "star power" kicked off Wednesday morning in Westchester after more than a year of planning.
Organizers of the Westchester's Women's Summit say their goal was to bring together inspiring women from across the tri-state, to share tools, knowledge and community with each other.
The event featured more than two dozen speakers, including News 12's Tara Rosenblum, who took part in an afternoon panel about the media.
The morning began with a keynote address by journalist and author Gretchen Carlson.
Former U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice will be the keynote speaker on Thursday.
