Westchester supporters make final push for Clinton
Hundreds of supporters rallied on Saturday for Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.).
Sen. Clinton?s supporters gathered at the Atrium in White Plains, miles away from her Chappaqua home. Supporters like Paula Kelly looked to her experience as a deciding factor.
?I?m an African-American so I?m torn because of Obama, Clinton,? said Kelly. ?However, I believe that experience counts. She?s had experience working with children, trying to pass health care.?
During the excitement of the rally, Congresswoman Nita Lowey (D-Harrison) briefly passed out and was taken to the hospital. Officials say that she was awake and talking immediately after the spell.
While Clinton supporters helped her gain additional votes for Tuesday?s Democratic primary elections, the presidential hopeful spent Saturday campaigning along the west coast.
