Westchester residents faced a messy commute on the roads due to the snowstorm, but people across the county seemed to take the weather in stride.
Driving on the Tappan Zee Bridge was made treacherous by the icy slush that accumulated throughout the day. Public works plows and sanding trucks were out keeping the roads clear. Most residents heeded the warnings and stayed off the roads.
Snowfall amounts varied throughout the county since some areas received more freezing rain than snow. Click here to see the effects of the storm in Northern Westchester.
