A Westchester resident is cutting ties, literally, with his moustache of 43 years to raise money for first responders.  It's called Trim and Shave for the Brave.
Joe Mazzella plans to trim and shave his moustache on video and very few people have ever seen him without it. “This is not going viral for entertainment, it is going viral for a really good cause and we would love for everybody to participate,” says Mazzella.
He says he will rent out food trucks and serve local health care workers with the money raised. He also plans to buy gift cards from local businesses to distribute to other first responders as well.
