10h agoWestchester's County Executive George Latimer is making a renewed call for a federal field immigration court.
Latimer sent a letter to federal representatives reminding them of his springtime ask for a Westchester court to hear immigration cases.
He says it would ensure immigrants have their cases heard fairly and in a timely manner without having to travel.
There hasn't been a public response yet from the federal government.
