Westchester County has canceled a number of heritage festivals and placed others on hold.
Officials with the Westchester County Parks, Recreation & Conservation say seven festivals have been canceled, while five more are waiting to make a decision.
Heritage Festivals Canceled:
  • Polish Heritage Festival – Kensico Dam Plaza, Sun., May 17
  • Asian Heritage Festival – Kensico Dam Plaza, Sat., June 6
  • Albanian Heritage Festival – Kensico Dam Plaza, Sun., June 7
  • Portuguese Heritage Festival – Ridge Road Park, Sun., June 7
  • Irish Heritage Festival - Ridge Road Park, Sat., June 27
  • African American Heritage Festival - Kensico Dam Plaza, Sun., June 28
  • Hispanic Heritage Festival – Kensico Dam Plaza, Sun., July 12
