A Rockland barber appeared in Clarkstown Town Court Friday morning, accused of doing more than cutting hair out of his shop.
Police arrested Anthony "Harpo" DePalma on Tuesday on loan-sharking charges as part of an organized crime bust.
Investigators tell News 12 nearly $60,000 in cash and loan records were found in the shop on Railroad Avenue in West Haverstraw.
DePalma is out on a $1,000 bail.
