Port Jervis Parks and Recreation says West End Beach remains closed because of an unpredictable weather pattern this week.
West End Beach is on the Delaware River and hasn't opened up at all yet this season. It was supposed to officially open on Monday.
Parks and Recreation says it will be open as soon as it is possible.
