News 12's "We're Open" highlights the people, businesses and leaders who inspire their communities.

Tonight's show spotlights Brother's Barbecue in New Windsor where they are gearing up for a busy weekend.
Gavin, Jamie, and Chris Farella grew up in the Hudson Valley, but have been inspired by barbecue from Eastern Carolina all the way to Texas. Those influences, and 17 hours in a smoker, make for flavorful dishes. “I would say we are best known for our brisket, seasoned with our Brothers Dry Rub and some pepper. We're inspired by Texas brisket but we're not trying to replicate it if you know what I mean,” says Gavin Farella.
"We're Open" will also showcase Mimi's Coffee House in Mount Kisco.
Tune in tonight at 7 p.m. on News 12.
