The effects of Tuesday's severe storm are still being felt across Westchester.Residents are trying to clean up from the storm that caused trees to topple and power lines to come down.Con Ed says that many of its customers that lost power due to the storm have had it restored. A spokesperson for the company says there are about 200 customers without power because utility workers can't access equipment.As many as 18,000 people were without power at one point due to the storm.
