School officials were forced to cancel classes Monday at Fox Lane Middle School and Fox Lane High School because of a water main break that occurred over the weekend.
Bedford school officials say they are not sure what caused the water main break, but say it could have been the result of the weather or old pipes.
Officials say they hope to have the pipe fixed sometime Monday, but they are unsure if school will be back in session Tuesday.
